Owlman was many things, villain, schemer, master combatant, and more recently ‘Prisoner’ to his Humiliation. That was the best way to describe what Owlman felt, he’d spent months in a prison that he helped create. He had been beaten by a weaker version of himself and that idiot counterpart of his enemy the Red Hood. At first he’d believed that he’d be able to escape under his own ability but found that Silver Cyclone was so thorough in his design that even he couldn’t free himself, he was at the mercy of people who were originally HIS prisoners, and he had to continuously listen to the guards ramble on about their lives like one older man named Stan who would always talk about his niece and nephew.

“Hey you awake in there? Your foods here.” Spoke Stan.

Owlman looked at him prompting Stan to carefully slide the tray through the field and into his cell saying. “Help yourself it may be one of your last.”

It had ultimately been decided that for his crimes Owlman and several of his allies would be tried for their many crimes, with none of them having any doubt what the verdict would likely be, however to Owlman’s surprise the Red Hood had been conspicuously absent from the prison.

Owlman had expected his nemesis to come and gloat about his victory but no instead he’d seen more of Red Hood’s allies like Manta, or Yellow Lantern. Red Hood had insisted that one of his allies guard the prisoners personally daily on the off-chance they escape.

Speaking of the devil Manta entered the room, “You’re free to head home Stanford I’ll take things from here.” Said the armored hero.

“Thanks Manta you’re good people, things have been pretty quiet today, though that’s really nothin’ new. See ya tomorrow.” Said the guardsman as he left, Manta simply nodded and grunted.

Time passed as Manta busied himself with standard system checking all the while Owlman glared at Barracuda’s enemy. Despite himself he ran over Manta’s strengths and weaknesses on the off chance he could escape. With his suit giving him super strength, advanced weapons, and high skill in hand-to-hand combat.

However after roughly two hours of waiting an alarm suddenly sounded and explosions began rocking the building, Manta shot up and grabbed a communicator. “Guards report!” a voice replied “A tank has just APPEARED. As in literally the room was empty but then BOOM TANK! OH LORD ARE THOSE RABID DOGS?!” With the sound of barking and screaming being heard over the speaking, only for a new voice to be heard on the communicator, “He’s headed right for you Manta!” another explosion rocked the building as the roar of a tank was heard entering the room giving Owlman a perfect view of it.

It was very ostentatious, heavily armored with two cannons on the turret, a warhead launcher, a minigun, a chainsaw, and at least two mechanical claws, a flamethrower, at least one mechanical arm wielding a chainsaw, and what looked like a bear trap. Standing on the turret was a small figure wearing a yellow double breasted coat, a red long brimmed hat, and a black cape with a red lining.

The figure leapt down from his tank a few feet away from Manta and spoke with a gravelly baritone. “Hello there my dear goodie two shoe guard. So are you going to release one of your prisoners to me or is this going to get ugly?” as he spoke he slowly pulled an additional chainsaw from behind his back, “PLEASE tell me you’ll pick ugly.”

Instead of responding two blasts of energy fired from Manta’s helmet knocking the saw from the figure’s hands. “This is only going to get ugly for you.” Manta said attacking the figure. The two briefly clashed with Manta sending the figure flying back with a punch.

“I haven’t had this much fun all day!” the figure declared while getting up, he then reached behind his back again pulling some sort of gun and fired it. Manta managed to dodge the shot, responding with a second blast from his helmet charging the figure as he dodged it.

However Manta was met with the figure’s chainsaw colliding with his helmet, with the screech of metal followed by a blast from the figure’s gun. Blasting Manta several feet back into a far wall. Resulting in cheering from the prisoners, however a steady moan from Manta and audible breathing told Owman that Manta was still alive despite the diagonal gash his helmet received. He was however unconscious, the figure put away his chainsaw and said “Welp that was a nice distraction.” Before turning to the wall of cells he passed several of them saying shaking his head and muttering as he went before finding Owlman. “THERE you are! I’ve been looking for you.” The figure then casually raised his gun (which more closely resembled a small cannon) and fired it at the keypad causing the field in front of him to deactivate.

“Come on we ain’t got all day!” The figure said turning around and walking back towards his tank. It was at this point Owlman realized how small he was and the simple fact that he was NOT human. “Who are you? Why free me?” Owlman demanded. Stepping past the unconscious  Manta who gave a second moan.

“So many questions from someone who got a ‘get out of jail free’ card. Get your stuff and get in the blasted tank! I’ll tell you why when we get to where we’re going.” The figure said as he reached his tank and jumped towards the turret. Owlman, with several reservations grabbed his utility belt and followed the figure, who turned and stood in the full light.

“As for ‘WHO’ I am, the name’s NEGADUCK, future public enemy number one and your new partner in crime!”

After Owlman entered the tank Negaduck pressed a button on a remote and in a flash of light the tank vanished as if it was never even there.

I swear between Gravity Falls, Adventure Time, Steven Universe, Star vs. The Forces of Evil, and others its a miracle people say there's no good cartoons anymore.

Speaking of Star vs. The Forces of Evil if this weren't a comedy show I'd be terrified that someone as energetic and reckless as her was trusted with so much power.
I know I said top ten but I decided to only have a couple since most of this will be the voice actor list.

Sonic Screwdriver (Doctor Who) This device is used by the Time Lord known only as the Doctor and is a versitile tool able to interact with most machinery but is useless against wood. It is able to scan for abnormalities in an area be it a rip in time foreign energy, alien lifeforms, technology, or even locate injuries on a person's body. It can also be used for more mundane tasks such as unlocking doors and was even used to drive a screw once.

Power Ring (DC comics)- This needs no introduction.

It's worth noting that except for Palom and Porom the Voice actors from the DS version of Final Fantasy IV would reprise their roles in my mind (though its worth noting that I've not played the DS version).

Cecil Harvey (Yuri Lowenthal)

Rosa Joanna Farrell (Karen Strassman)

Kain Highwind (Liam O'Brien)

Cid Pollendina (Stephen Martello)

Rydia (Daniella Macey)

Edward Chris Von Muir (Sam Reigal)

Yang Fang Leiden (Dan Woren)

Edge (Edward) Geraldine (Taliesin Jaffe)

Fusoya (Michael McConnohie)

Golbez (Peter Beckman)

Ceodore Harvey (Todd Haberkorn) Now my choice for this one is mainly for his portrayal of Ling Yao. Whats more I think that the voice just fits him as a character.

Biggs and Wedge (Biggs-Travis Willingham, Wedge-Roger Craig Smith) I dunno for some reason I just hear Biggs sounding like Roy Mustang, While I imagine Wedge as sounding like Siegfried.

Luca (Kate Higgins) She makes me think of an engineer version of Sakura.

Palom (Eric Vale) I chose the Voice actors for adult Palom and Porom because I've always heard kid Trunks for Palom's lines in the first game and Maka for Porom. So frankly why not have Adult Trunks voice Palom.

Porom (Laura Bailey)- She's just perfect as Porom in my opinion.

Elder of Mysidia (Bill Jenkins) I dunno for some reason I think Guru's Dragon Ball Kai voice just fits him.

Ursula Fang Leiden (Michelle Ruff) I see Ursula as something of a more impulsive Rukia.

Leonora (Stephanie Sheh) Honestly this was an easier choice than some other ones if only because it's easy to hear Orihime from her.

Gekkou (Patrick Seitz) Really the Eblan Four are the hardest to cast in my opinion. If only because he makes me sort of think of a more serious Issin Kurosaki.

Izayoi (Megan Hollingshead) I honestly hear Nemu's voice reading her lines.

Tsukinowa (Tara Strong) He makes me think of a more mature kid Ben 10.

Zangetsu (R. Bruce Elliot) Between what I can gleen from his personality and lines I can see him as a somewhat more serious Makarov from Fairy Tail.

Harley (Tara Platt) My choice in this case was because of her recent portrayal of Sode no Shirayuki. The voice just fits in my opinion.

Maenad (Daniella Macey) Now for those who know their origin this shouldn't come as a surprise as they are based off of Rydia herself.

I'm sharpening pencils... because I'm astronomically bored out of my skull :P

There was so much it prompted me to write on Facebook that there might be a legendary on the bottom of the lake in the big city. All I gotta say is... where's my master ball?!
